Our Facility

In 2006, while celebrating our 50th year in business, Superior moved to its new state of the art facility. The new building boasts 62,000 square feet of space, effectively double its previous location, with expansion capability to 100,000 square feet. The production area is divided departmentally by product line. Utilizing lean manufacturing practices, each section is arraigned to promote efficient and logical work flow from sub-assemblies to finished products to packaging/shipping. The office area is divided into Executive, Administrative, Engineering, and Employee areas.

An early goal of the new building was to include "Green" technology, including lighting, air handling, and production equipment. Production and administrative documentation / control is all computer oriented with ISO compatible software systems.

All OSHA and safety regulations are routinely met. Utilizing micro-processor controlled forming and processing equipment, quality and quantity are combined to satisfy any customer order.
